Bristol Private Catering go to London

Last Friday The Exquisite Cake Company teamed up with Light IQ, an exclusive London based residential lighting design company, to provide their Summer Party catering in trendy West London.

In a beautifully designed garden we served a party of 10 a barbeque meal of vine plum tomatoes and fresh mozzarella balls with home-made pesto and torn basil leaves, a home-made new potato salad with greek yogurt and zesty lemon rind, rainbow wholemeal cous cous with dried cranberries, apricots, sun-blushed tomatoes and hazelnuts, fresh free range organic chicken breast and king prawn skewers with roasted vegetables and a sweet chilli dip and tziki sauce to accompany. To finish, everyone enjoyed a Red Velvet cupcake each with home-made Malteaser ice cream and fresh local raspberries. Fiery Cider Punch and Champagne made for a very jolly evening.

We ended with an Exquisite Company trade mark ‘pass-the-parcel’ and everyone had a laugh and a giggle.

Menus are created to the specification of each event and ingredients are always as local and organic as can be, with freshness and quality as top priority, always.
