The Exquisite Cake Company creates delicious cakes and cupcakes using local and excellent quality ingredients, finished with handcrafted decorations. We specialise in creating bespoke cakes for Weddings and Grand Events.

Our cakes and cupcakes are made in a specialist kitchen not a factory, by dedicated cake-bakers, not machines, and go through the scrutiny of cake-obsessed perfectionists to guarantee that you will be the happy recipient of an irresistibly soft and delicious, perfectly decorated, Exquisite Cake. Each cake is exclusively made from local, organic or home-grown ingredients, with no chemicals, artificial flavours or preservatives; so you know from the first bite to the last crumb, that your cake is full of goodness.

Your Exquisite Cake will be designed around you and your event. From fun and relaxed sprinkles and edible glitter, to hand crafted petal paste roses and lillies, we cover the whole range of decorations, flavours, styles, and looks, including cupcake towers and tiered cakes.

The Exquisite Cake Company has been created by Abby Moule. Abby trained at the Leiths School of Food and Wine and has over ten years experience in the catering and events industry. With an extensive portfolio of bakery and sugarcraft skill to working as a personal chef for one of the wealthiest private families in the country, Abby's depth of experience along with her passion for food and a professional approach to every project will ensure the expectations of each Client are exceeded.
