Christmas CupCakes
For Christmas 2009 we have created an array of wintery and festive cupcakes perfect to enjoy during the Christmas holiday's, take to Christmas Parties, give as Christmas gifts or serve to your guests as part of your Christmas Day celebrations!
Our latest festive toppings can come on any of our sponge flavours from our Menu page, or below we have listed a few perfect combinations to make choosing a little easier!
Christmas Cheer - Chocolate sponge laden with brandy-soaked cranberries with a piped chocolate ganache frosting, topped with a white fondant snowflake.
No Eye Deer - Chocolate sponge with chocolate chips, a choclate buttercream frosting and reindeer decorations.
Holly Berry - Soft vanilla sponge with a thick swirl of vanilla icing and topped with fondant holly and berries.
Brandy Dream - Dark chocolate sponge piled high with real brandy butter frosting, edible glitter optional.
Christmas Spice - Mixed spice vanilla sponge with rum icing with a piped Christmas Tree on top.
Velvet Santa - Our best-selling Red Velvet sponge with sweet cream cheese icing topped with a Santa Claus hat.
Festive Guinness - An unusually dark tasting sponge made with the Black Stuff, topped with cream cheese icing and a dark choclate snowflake....once you taste it you'll never look back!
Large cupcakes are £1.50 each, or mini cupcakes are £1 each. Large Cupcakes come in batches of 12 and mini's in batches of 24, and you can choose to have an array of toppings in each box, to make everyone happy this Christmas. We can deliver your orders within the Bristol area or collect from one of our Christmas Markets (Clevedon Farmer's Market 9-12.30pm Saturday 19th December or Nailsea Farmer's Market 9-1pm Monday 21st December). Last orders will be taken on December 23rd, for delivery or collection on Christmas Eve.
All cakes have a shelf life of 4-7 days and can be frozen if you need to make them last a little longer over the festive period.

Christmas Lessons

In this 3 hour lesson you will learn how to follow cake recipes, understand the ingredients used and the tips and tricks of good bakery by making a batch of cupcakes. You will use different skills, including sugar paste modelling, piping, edible decorations, frosting and icing, to produce 12 beautifully decorated Festive cupcakes to take home to impress your friends and family, or make as gifts.
For children aged 9 years upwards. (Adult classes available too!)
Sessions each Tuesday,, Wednesday and Thursday throughour December, either 10-1pm or 2-5pm.
Price: £45 per person, or two friends for £80. Max four people.
